Rental Times

Rentals are for a 24 hour period

All rentals are customer pickup only (Delivery serivce is available thru our sister company Ricky's Party Rentals)

Rentals can be picked up one business day before and dropped off one business day after

All rentals kept past the return date will be charged an additonal 50% of the order total for each additonal day the rentals are kept


Will-Call/Customer Pickup hours 

Your rentals can be picked up at our warehouse in South Fontana, CA

Will-Call is available Monday-Friday 9-4PM

We are closed saturdays and sundays

 

Order Minimum

We curently have a $50.00 order minimum for all orders

 

Payments

Your order must be paid in full at the time of booking.

24 hour money back gaurentee: If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of you placing the order, you will will receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations & order changes

All canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Order changes are subject to aproval and availability

We cannot make any changes to your order within 7 days of your pickup date.

No refunds will be issued for orders canceled within 7 days.

Clients can move their event date once at no cost. 

After moving their event date once there will be no refunds or credits issued and the client will need to place a new order.

 

Missing or malfunctioning equipment

If you come to find any of your rental items missing or malfunctioning you must contact us immediately. If you can not reach us you must leave a voicemail, text, or email notification. Any items missing or malfunctioning at the time of drop off with no prior notification will be assumed lost or broken by the client and you will be charged full replacement cost of said equipment.

 

**All rentals are charge for time out. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused rental items**
